Apply for a Scholarship
Purpose
Cups Jars Vessels, an IRS designated 501(c)(3) organization is proud to offer two CJV Elite $1000 scholarships to assist graduating seniors with covering the costs of college tuition and books. Scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school students who plan to enroll and attend a two or four-year college or university in the fall of 2027.
CJV Elite
The CJV Elite Scholarships are awarded to well-prepared high school graduates with financial need to help with college expenses. CJV Elite recipients share these qualities:
- Financial Need
- Leadership
- Ambition
- Determination to set and reach goals
- Respect for self, family and community
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants to the CJV Elite Scholarship Award must:
- Be United States citizens or legal residents.
- Be current high school seniors who plan to enroll in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university.
- Include a copy of your most recent high school transcript / grade report transcript listing your current overall GPA (grade point average).
- Attach a short statement explaining your financial need or how a scholarship can assist you (and your family if applicable) financially.
- Attach a typed short (at least 500-words; double-spaced) essay describing your career goals.
Review Process
Award selections will be made by the Cups Jars Vessels Scholarship Committee. Awards will be presented at Cups Jars Vessels annual celebration.
Please Note:
– Applications for the 2027 year will be accepted February 1, 2027 through March 31, 2027.
– Completed applications must be received by March 31st, 2027.
